Yoga with Leigh Anne

Overview
A beginner's/intermediate class combining various Yoga practices such as Hatha/Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Kundalini Yoga breath work and meditations. Some props are provided such as blankets, straps, blocks, and eye pillows.

Schedule
Classes are offered on Monday evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 PM and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 to 6:15 PM.
On occasion, special classes and workshops are held by various certified Yoga instructors. 

Cost
There is a suggested donation of $5 per student on Mondays and $6 per student on Wednesdays. All class fees are donated to the Ruth Marie for operation of the building.

About
I have been practicing various forms of Yoga since 1999, and have been guiding Yoga classes at the Ruth Marie Center for over 10 years. 

Philosophy
Gain a sense of well-being, strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and honoring one-self, through the practice of Yoga.
