Yogic Breathing and Stretching with Leigh Anne
Overview
A beginner's/intermediate class combining various Yoga practices such as Hatha/Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Kundalini Yoga breath work and meditations. Some props are provided such as blankets, straps, blocks, and eye pillows.
Schedule
Classes are offered on Thursday evenings from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.
On occasion, special classes and workshops are held by various certified Yoga instructors.
Cost
There is a suggested donation of $10-$12 per student on Thursdays. All class fees are donated to the Ruth Marie for operation of the building.
