Qigong With Tina

Overview 
Tina teaches Qigong classes each Tuesday afternoon, focusing on joint mobilization and self-massage. Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of exercise, self-massage and meditation. A wonderful practice that requires no experience or special equipment, can be done in a small space, and may be modified for any health condition.

Some of the many benefits include:

Schedule
Classes are offered on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
On occasion, special classes and workshops are held.

Cost
There is a suggested donation of $5 per person.
